Scope of Controller & Governance
Yorquavion operates as a unified entity co-locating high-performance automotive craft and professional-grade athletic training. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Yorquavion regarding your use of the website (yorquavion.live) and access to our physical premises in Chicago.
Note 01: We revised this section in June 2026 to unify the liability frameworks for both the workshop and the training floor. Scratched: previous separate waivers.
Your engagement begins the moment you interact with our digital infrastructure or cross the threshold of 892 Gearbox Drive. If you do not agree to these protocols, your access to both the machine and the platform is revoked.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
The technical language used throughout our facility determines the rights and responsibilities of the guild member.
The Facility
Refers to the physical premises at 892 Gearbox Drive, including the precision workshop, athlete training area, and secure storage zones.
Technical Intake
The mandatory diagnostic baseline required for all vehicles entering the service floor and all athletes starting a training block.
Digital Credentials
The encrypted access points used to review service logs, physical progression charts, and facility scheduling via yorquavion.live.
Directive // Member Conduct
"The machine does not lie, and the weights do not negotiate. Discipline is the only currency accepted at Yorquavion."
Users are required to maintain a standard of professional conduct within the facility. This includes the mandatory use of safety gear in the workshop and strict adherence to weight-room etiquette.
- Verification: You must provide accurate identity and vehicle registration data.
- Exclusivity: Membership access is non-transferable. Your biometric or digital key is for your use only.
- Hygiene: Equipment must be returned to its designated 'Safe' status immediately after use.
Article IV // The Waiver
Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk
1. Mechanical Integrity
Yorquavion provides expert automotive repair; however, high-performance vehicle modification carries inherent risks. We are not liable for mechanical failure resulting from owner-requested specifications that exceed factory safety ratings.
Revision Note: All performance drivetrains are stress-tested; results are documented. Owner signature on diagnostic logs constitutes acceptance of current vehicle state.
2. Physical Readiness
Participation in training programs requires a baseline medical clearance. You assume all risks associated with heavy lifting and high-intensity metabolic conditioning. Yorquavion is not responsible for injuries sustained due to failure to follow coaching instructions.
Aside: We don't promise miracle outcomes. We promise documented progression based on your actual output.
GUILD RULES
Strict enforcement of these protocols ensures the safety and privacy of all Yorquavion members.
Nocturnal Access Protocol
Entry between 20:00 and 08:00 requires pre-validated digital clearance. Unscheduled vehicle drop-offs are prohibited without prior guild notification.
Intellectual Property & Privacy
Photography of other members' vehicles or training sessions is strictly forbidden. The Yorquavion facility is a 'Closed Circuit' environment.
Equipment Calibration
Only certified Yorquavion staff may adjust calibrated diagnostic gear or competition-grade racks. Tampering results in immediate termination of access.

Modification & Legal Contact
We reserve the right to recalibrate these terms as our facility grows. Substantial changes will be posted here and broadcast via our secure member registry. Continued use of 892 Gearbox Drive after updates constitutes acceptance.
